This Custom AC installation box is designed for safe, clean and professional integration of a shore power connection combined with a protected output behind the galvanic isolator (GI). The box is fully preconfigured but not prewired, giving installers complete freedom during implementation while maintaining a consistent and high-quality component setup. With predefined mounting positions and a logical internal layout, it provides an excellent foundation for a compliant and reliable onboard AC system.

The installation box includes a C16 shore power inlet (1P+N, 16A, 6kA) and a 2-pole 16A RCBO (C-curve, 30 mA) designed for installation directly after the galvanic isolator. Since the components are already placed and aligned, only the wiring needs to be installed according to vessel design, classification requirements or shipyard standards. This setup offers a clear separation between incoming shore power, galvanic protection and distribution to the main AC panel.
